Our Policies.

Napture Beauty Salon Clinic is natural hair care /braiding and nail salon that operate by appointment only .this helps us manage the schedule, reduce waiting time for our customers, our clients and ensure that there is enough time to provide quality service to each client .

Clients are required to book their appointment in advance and may need to pay a deposit to secure their spot .we have til now never request for a deposit and everything was fine but some customers have been taking appointment, confirm them ,just to go silent and never show up even after us reaching out to them to make sure nothing happened to them on the way as we care about everyone.that attitude of not responding is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful.

Cancellation policy:

Napture Beauty Salon Clinic requires clients to call 2 days before to cancel or reschedule an appointment.this policy helps the salon managing the next step as we might have someone else in need of the day and time .the no show or last minute cancellation is extremely waist of the day .

Late policy 

Clients who arrive late for their appointment may have their appointment shortened or may need to reschedule or pay a $30 and up according to how late they come 

Payment policy:

Payment is required for all new clients to pay at the time of the services or just before the end of services .we accept cash or zelle .our zelle is Napture Beauty Salon Clinic phone number 9196377384, .if the deposit is required before the appointment that will be either via zelle or our PayPal .

Refund policy :

Napture Beauty Salon Clinic does not refund any money .all clients have to let us know if any disappoinment before leaving our salon so we can fix this. Right away.we are not responsible on anything after .we will be understandable to help and will give you time and day that we can .this has to be done respectfully as after that our busy schedule might not let us help .

Hair care policy :

At Napture Beauty Salon Clinic we work with any type of hair , any skin color .hair needs to be at least 4 inches long , ( any shorter we will add money of top of the listed price ); clean or if we have to clean (shampoo) there will be a fee for the service and that fee is already on the price list please check it out before decision .shampoo , condition , derange , blow dry .Note that some style doesn't need your hair to be blow dried.

We do not use chemicals , please signal us if any use of it prior to service 

We use hot styling tools for some style please follow our instructions and behavior when we use it 

We use hot water , please follow our instructions while we use it .

Hygiene policy, Nail care :

Napture Beauty Salon Clinic requires hands & feet to be clean before coming for a manicure / pedicure services as just washed .

We will not work with extremely damaged nails or infected nails , any of this might required a doctor visit we will let you know .

Be aware that we charge to remove old gel polish , or remove acrylic or gel 

We dont do gel polish on kids under 5 we only use regular nail polish .

We do not accept clients to come with theirs kids since we have been victim of destruction of our furniture before .a parent as let her kid to write everywhere on our furniture and that has let us to pay a new furniture now and going forward we will not accept parent to bring kids unless it is for a kid service .if you bring a child and the child damage anything it will be your obligation to pay for the damage we will request for you to buy us a new one and you can get the damaged one with you .

We need parent or guardian to be present and help Cary their kids if they can't stay still or if they cry 

All new clients have the obligation to sign our consultation form .
